Description

Tokai-to-Kamioka (T2K) is a long baseline neutrino oscillation experiment in Japan, and its near detector ND280 is used to constrain cross-section and flux models in the oscillation analysis. To obtain more precise measurements of oscillation parameters, the upstream part of the detector is modified by adding a new highly granular scintillator detector (Super-FGD). A DAQ system based on a software framework, called MIDAS, is being developed to integrate the new detectors to the current ND280. A preliminary test on the data transfer has been done on the Z-turn board (the backend electronics) and the personal computer (data control system). This poster introduces the current development of the Super-FGD DAQ system.
